The rules for using RosterVerdict.

1. Who operates the site

RosterVerdict is an independent football-analysis product operated by Maksym Kononenko and Olha Kononenko in Norway. References to “RosterVerdict,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operators of this site.

2. What RosterVerdict provides

The site provides general information, editorial content, data organization, statistical analysis, model-based estimates, projections, comparisons, and opinions about NFL rosters, players, teams, transactions, and related subjects.

The site is provided for information, discussion, and entertainment. It is not an official source of NFL, team, player, medical, contractual, employment, betting, fantasy-sports, financial, investment, or legal information.

3. No guarantee of accuracy or future results

We work to make the site useful and accurate, but football information changes quickly and may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, incorrectly reported, or unavailable. Scores, role estimates, Expected Games, depth interpretations, roster values, rankings, and verdicts are analytical estimates, not facts or guarantees.

You are responsible for checking important information independently before relying on it. Past performance, draft position, contract value, model output, or a RosterVerdict opinion does not guarantee future availability, employment, roster status, performance, or results.

4. No professional or high-stakes advice

Do not use RosterVerdict as the sole basis for gambling, fantasy-sports, financial, medical, legal, employment, scouting, personnel, or other high-stakes decisions. Nothing on the site creates a professional, advisory, fiduciary, employment, agency, or contractual relationship between you and RosterVerdict, except for these terms governing site use.

5. Permitted use

You may access and use the public site for personal, non-commercial reading, research, commentary, criticism, and ordinary journalistic reference. You may link to public pages and make limited quotations where permitted by applicable law, provided that attribution is clear and the use does not misrepresent our work.

6. Prohibited use

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, download, mirror, or systematically extract the site or its data;
• republish substantial parts of our text, scores, datasets, rankings, graphics, or analysis;
• use automated access in a way that burdens, disrupts, bypasses, or interferes with the site;
• circumvent access controls, security measures, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
• remove attribution, copyright, trademark, source, or rights notices;
• present RosterVerdict content or conclusions as your own or as official NFL information;
• use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or to infringe another person’s rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure.

Search engines may index public pages in the ordinary way, subject to our robots instructions and reasonable technical controls.

7. Intellectual property

Except for third-party material and factual information that is not protectable, RosterVerdict’s original text, structure, selection and arrangement of information, visual design, graphics, models, score definitions, derived analysis, compilations, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operators and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database-rights laws.

Public methodology explanations do not grant permission to copy our proprietary formulas, systems, datasets, or product implementation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. NFL, team, player, and trademark notice

RosterVerdict is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, player, coach, union, broadcaster, data provider, or official league partner.

NFL, team, player, competition, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. They are used only as reasonably necessary for identification, factual reporting, commentary, comparison, criticism, and analysis. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

9. Third-party sources and links

The site may refer or link to third-party websites, reports, social-media posts, services, or information. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, content, or changes. A link or citation does not mean that we endorse every statement or service offered by the third party.

10. Messages, corrections, and feedback

When you send us a correction, suggestion, source, idea, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not contain unlawful or confidential material. You allow us to review, verify, quote, summarize, adapt, and use the submission for operating and improving RosterVerdict, without payment or obligation to adopt it.

Please do not send trade secrets, private medical information, account credentials, embargoed material, or personal data that is not necessary for your request.

11. Availability and changes

We may correct, update, remove, suspend, restrict, redesign, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of any page, feature, score, dataset, or model.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from errors or harmful components.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RosterVerdict and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss; loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, reputation, goodwill, data, or business; or loss arising from your reliance on site content, inability to use the site, third-party content, security incidents, or decisions made using RosterVerdict information.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by law and to loss that was reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or other mandatory protections under applicable law.

14. Enforcement

We may restrict or block access, request removal of copied material, or take other reasonable steps when we believe these terms, our rights, another person’s rights, or site security are being violated. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive that provision.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the competent courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer or other applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

16. Severability and updates

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose. We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
