Mike McCoy is an American football coach and former quarterback who serves as the Las Vegas Raiders' assistant head coach. He previously was head coach of the San Diego Chargers and also held senior offensive and coordinator roles with teams including the Panthers, Broncos, Cardinals, Jaguars, and Titans.
